Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about counseling and sales within the education sector. This role involves guiding students and parents in making informed career decisions while contributing to student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling sessions with students and parents
- Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs
- Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve admission targets
- Maintain and update student data in CRM systems
- Participate in school/college outreach activities,
seminars, and events
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
