Job Summary:
A Client Servicing Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining solid relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, ensuring timely delivery of services, and acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams. The role focuses on achieving client satisfaction, retaining business, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.




- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products or services.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Pay: ₹11,489.00 - ₹38,891.24 per month
