Job Description: Senior Executive - Commercials & Pricing

Qualification: MBA (Mandatory) – Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar field

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven professional with hands-on experience in freight pricing, cross-border logistics, and E-Commerce operations. The role requires strong ownership, analytical ability, and responsiveness in managing pricing, profitability, and logistics coordination, especially across India–US trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Manage end-to-end commercials, pricing and quotation activities for international logistics.

Ø Prepare competitive quotations for Air, Ocean, Surface, Multimodal, and Cross-Border shipments.

Ø Handle pricing for Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, 3PL, Last-Mile, and EXIM operations.

Ø Knowledge of pricing models, cost sheets, rate matrices, and commercial MIS reports.

Ø Support RFQs, tenders, customer proposals, and commercial negotiations.

Ø Ensure compliance with HSN Codes, Incoterms, customs regulations & duties.

Ø Coordinate with customers, vendors, and overseas agents in a timely manner.





Ø Support management in vendor negotiations and commercial decision-making.

Ø Ensuring margins and profitability

Ø Better RFQ conversion ratio

Ø Compliance with EXIM and trade regulations

Ø Reduced pricing errors and improved turnaround time (TAT)

Required Skills & Competencies

Ø Strong commercial, analytical, and numerical skills

Ø Professional communication and email drafting skills

Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ø Robust English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Candidate Profile

Ø Candidates with strong communication skills

Ø Candidates from logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, E-Commerce backgrounds preferred

Ø Hands-on experience in commercials and pricing is mandatory

Ø Experience handling international customers or overseas agents will be an advantage

Compensation

CTC: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate and will be aligned with industry standards and experience.
