We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering client requirements, and translating them into actionable insights for technology and production teams. This role requires solid analytical skills, knowledge of publishing workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients to improve efficiency and deliver quality solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Gather, document, and analyze client requirements to ensure alignment with publishing workflows and project objectives.
- Collaborate with editorial, production, technology, and quality teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or workflow enhancements in publishing operations.
- Work with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables for publishing projects.




- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements.
Support implementation of new tools, systems, or workflow enhancements and provide training/documentation where required.

Skills Required

- Understanding of publishing workflows (editorial, typesetting, production).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document requirements and process flows.
- Good communication and stakeholder management.
- Work well under deadlines with accuracy.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (added advantage).

Eligibility Criteria

- Example: Master's degree in life sciences/technology/humanities.
- 2+ years hands on experiences
