Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, running paid ad campaigns, creating engaging content (including reels/videos), and driving traffic and conversions.

- Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute result-driven social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
-Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram , LinkedIn , and Google , optimize campaigns for better ROI, CTR, and conversions.
-Create high-quality reels, short videos, and motion content, stay updated with trending formats, audio, and viral strategies, and use creative storytelling techniques to boost engagement.
-Drive traffic to websites, landing pages, and product pages through strategic social media efforts, support lead generation campaigns, and collaborate with SEO and marketing teams.
-Track performance using analytics tools, prepare reports on reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions, and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns.





- Required Skills
✔ Strong experience in Social Media Marketing
✔ Knowledge of social media algorithms & trends
✔ Strong skills in video editing & reels creation (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
✔ Experience with content planning & strategy
✔ Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
✔ Experience in Product Listing & Optimization (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
✔ Knowledge of eCommerce platforms & product marketing
✔ Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns for B2B
✔ Experience in influencer collaborations & partnerships

-Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
-Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing
-Experience with AI tools for content & marketing automation is a plus
