About the Company

Seagull Buildwell is a real estate company engaged in property development and related business activities. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare GST invoices and ensure timely GST compliance.
- Assist in filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and reconcile GST records.
- Deduct and account for TDS and assist with TDS return preparation.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile customer, vendor, and bank accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other statutory authorities.
- Maintain proper records related to real estate projects, customer collections, and vendor payments.




- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and year-end audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable statutory regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com graduate or CA Drop-out.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Experience in handling statutory compliances and financial reporting.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
