Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Full Stack Developer at Qodequay Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, utilizing React.js on the front-end, Node.js on the back-end, and MongoDB as the database. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs and delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring that web applications are performant,



user-friendly, and secure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver robust and scalable web solutions.
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while ensuring responsive design and optimal user experience.
- Implement React.js for front-end development, creating dynamic and interactive web interfaces.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Create server-side logic and APIs using Node.js, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB, including writing efficient queries and ensuring data integrity.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, ensuring data security.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate on the deployment and maintenance of web applications and participate in DevOps activities as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, demonstrating expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Strong database management skills, including MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Knowledge of web servers and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new tech.
