We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead the workshop operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring effective workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the two-wheeler workshop.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with the OEM team for technical support.
- Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency, and service turnaround time.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction by effectively handling customer concerns and escalations.
- Supervise warranty claim processing, recall campaigns, and adherence to OEM guidelines.
- Plan and monitor the spare parts availability.
- Ensure compliance with Service SOPs and workshop processes.
- Lead, train, and motivate Service Advisors and Technicians to improve technical competency and performance.
- Analyse workshop KPIs such as labour productivity, repeat repairs, first-time fix rate, Net Promoter Score, warranty cost, and customer feedback, and implement improvement plans.
- Discipline, housekeeping, tool management, and inventory control.
Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Automobile or Mechanical Field
Experience: Min 2 Years of Experience in the Automobile Sector
Timings: 09:30 AM - 07:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Rs. 30,000 - 40,000 (based on experience & qualifications)
