Role
- Certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a strength and conditioning trainer or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for fitness and a commitment to helping clients achieve their health goals.
