OBJECTIVE:

Research and Technology department oversees the research activities with developed marketdriven/knowledge-based products for a company. The role of this is to perform research oncurrent developments to improve the existing products and help to boost new innovations.

MAIN TASKS:

Support and conduct various laboratory experiments for the development of newproducts as per requirement, e.g. Reaction chemistry like Ethoxylation, Alkoxylation,Antioxidant, Validation of Technology transfer. Support with application testing, new analytical method development, productcommercialization on plant scale. Support plant process improvement initiatives,



support Manufacturing Excellenceinitiatives regarding ethoxylation and AO processes. Conducting the analysis of raw material, process control samples, final product analysisto ensure that it will as per our specification. Data documentation and records, keep the records of development product, COApreparation, sample inward & outward, ISO documentation record, Complete Reachregulation work. Compliance with company and statutory EHS requirements, EHS and housekeepingguidelines to maintain a working environment that supports work safety anddevelopment activities.

EDUCATION:

B.Sc. /M.Sc. (Chemistry/Organic Chemistry) from recognized university

WORK EXPERIENCE:

5 to 8 years in a manufacturing Company (Surfactants/speciality Chemicals)

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

New product development, process development, Synthetic organic chemistry, concept tocommercialization, analytical and problem-solving mindset, team playerPOSITION - PermanentCOMPENSATION: As per industry standards.

Location –

Manufacturing Site in Rasal, Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,140.01 per month
