Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant who can work across both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations. The role involves end-to-end payroll solution delivery for multi-country implementations, including India and GCC (KSA/UAE), with hands-on experience in payroll configuration, Fast Formula development, HCM Extracts, integrations, statutory compliance, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud implementations.
- Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, costing, payroll calendars, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and debug Payroll Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, eligibility, taxation, gratuity, and custom business requirements.
- Build HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, HDL/HSDL templates, and payroll integrations.
- Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs.
- Configure payroll solutions for India, KSA, and UAE legislations.
- Support SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, go-live, and post-production activities.




- Prepare functional and technical documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

- India Payroll: 4+ Years
- KSA/UAE Payroll: 3+ Years (Mandatory)

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): 3+ Years
- SQL / PL/SQL: 5+ Years
- Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects

Preferred Certification

- Oracle Payroll Cloud Certified Implementation Skilled

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
