Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Service Team Leader to lead installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy industrial machinery and equipment. The role requires strong technical leadership, team management, and customer coordination skills to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead installation and commissioning of industrial machinery. Supervise preventive maintenance and breakdown service activities. Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with customers for service planning and execution.
Maintain service reports and documentation. Manage manpower, tools, and spare parts effectively. Provide technical guidance and training to the service team. Ensure timely completion of service assignments and high customer satisfaction.
