Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Fitness Manager to lead floor operations, drive PT/member engagement, and manage the trainer team at one of our centres.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily gym floor operations and ensure service quality standards
- Manage, train, and motivate the Personal Trainer/fitness team
- Drive PT package sales and member retention through engagement programs
- Monitor client fitness journeys and ensure protected, effective program delivery
- Conduct fitness assessments and induction sessions for new members
- Track team performance against KRAs and incentive targets
- Coordinate with Centre Manager on member feedback, floor discipline, and facility upkeep




- Support fitness challenges and in-club events (e.g. Kenzo 90 PT challenge)

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a Fitness Manager / Senior PT / Floor Manager in a gym setting
- Certified Personal Trainer (K11/ACE/NASM or equivalent) preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on member retention
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- Fitness: 2 years (Required)

Location:

- Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (Required)
- Night Shift (Required)
