What we're looking for:

- Minimum 1 year of experience, specifically from an agency background
- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and the closing process
- Genuine interest in people — you enjoy conversations, not just transactions
- Ability to understand a client's business problem and position our marketing services as the solution
- Confidence handling objections and driving conversations to a close
- Valuable communication skills, both verbal and written

What you'll do:

- Engage with warm/qualified prospects and guide them through the sales conversation
- Understand client pain points and pitch relevant marketing solutions




- Close deals and build long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure client needs are well understood before and after the sale

Compensation:

- Salary based on interview and experience
- Incentives on top of fixed salary
