CTC: ₹22,500 per month
In-Hand Salary: ₹19,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA
- Undergraduate candidates with a 3-Year Diploma are also eligible
- Excellent English written communication skills are mandatory
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.




- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively through calls, chats, and emails.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and support processes.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
