Job Summary

Opelox Realty is looking for an experienced Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end real estate documentation, home loan coordination, stamp duty & registration, customer coordination, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate industry and possess excellent coordination and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle Stamp Duty & Registration processes and coordinate with registration authorities.

 Manage Home Loan Processing, including coordination with banks/NBFCs for approvals, documentation, and disbursement.

 Verify customer KYC, property documents, agreements, and other legal documents.

 Coordinate with customers, vendors, banks, legal teams, and internal departments for smooth documentation.

 Follow up with customers for pending documents and ensure timely completion of documentation.

 Handle customer payment follow-ups and recovery in coordination with the sales team.

 Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all documentation.





 Ensure compliance with company policies and legal documentation requirements.

 Prepare documentation reports and update management on file status.

Requirements

 Graduate in any discipline.

 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Documentation, CRM, Home Loan Processing, or Post-Sales.

 Hands-on experience in Stamp Duty & Registration.

 Knowledge of Home Loan Process, bank coordination, and loan documentation.

 Experience in customer coordination, vendor management, document verification, and recovery.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

 Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

 Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple files simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
