Farm Security & Access Control

- Monitor and control entry/exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Maintain visitor register with ID proof and purpose of visit.
- Verify gate pass for materials (feed, chicks, medicines, equipment).
- Prevent unauthorized entry into poultry sheds, hatchery, feed godown, and restricted areas.
- Ensure strict biosecurity compliance at entry points (foot bath, PPE usage).

2. Biosecurity Monitoring

- Ensure all visitors and staff follow farm biosecurity protocols.
- Check disinfection of vehicles entering farm premises.
- Restrict movement between different sheds to avoid cross-contamination.
- Coordinate with farm supervisor during disease outbreak situations.

3. Asset & Property Protection

- Safeguard birds, eggs, feed stock, medicines, diesel, and farm equipment.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, and damage to company property.
- Conduct regular patrols around farm boundary, hatchery, and storage areas.
- Report any suspicious activity immediately.

4. Material & Vehicle Checking

- Inspect incoming materials against delivery challan.
- Check outgoing egg vehicles, cull bird vehicles, and waste disposal vehicles.




- Ensure proper documentation before allowing material movement.

5. Record Maintenance

- Maintain daily security log book.
- Record night patrol register.
- Maintain incident report register.
- Maintain key control register.

6. Emergency Handling

- Respond quickly to fire, theft, accidents, or disease outbreak.
- Coordinate with local police, fire service, or veterinary team if required.
- Assist during evacuation or emergency situations.

7. Night Monitoring

- Conduct scheduled night rounds.
- Monitor CCTV (if available).
- Ensure proper locking of sheds, stores, and offices.

8. Coordination & Reporting

- Report daily security status to Farm Manager.
- Inform management about security gaps and improvement suggestions.
- Coordinate with HR for visitor approvals and labour movement.

9. Discipline & Compliance

- Enforce company rules inside farm premises.
- Prevent alcohol, smoking, and prohibited items inside farm.
- Ensure labour attendance verification at gate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
