Roles & Responsibility

 Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling dashboardsusing Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and clarity. Analyse complex data sets from multiple sources and provide meaningfulinsights to support business decision-making. Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements andtranslate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with data engineers andanalysts to ensure data integrity and proper data flow. Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, scalability, and efficiency,addressing any performance issues that may arise. Create and maintain semantic models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency,and proper alignment with reporting requirements. Offer ongoing support to stakeholders and troubleshoot any technical issuesrelated to Tableau. Maintain detailed documentation of Tableau processes, workflows, and bestpractices. Integrate Tableau with other data sources or tools as needed (e.g.,



SQLdatabases, cloud platforms, data warehouses). Stay updated on the latest Tableau features, trends, and best practices, andrecommend enhancements for the company's data visualization approach.

Requirements

Requirements: 5-10 years of experience working as a Tableau Developer, Analyst, or in asimilar role. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Skills:o Proficiency in Tableau (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, TableauOnline).o Strong data analysis skills and experience working with large data sets.o Hands-on experience with SQL for querying databases.o Knowledge of data visualization best practices and design principles.o Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explaincomplex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
