Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across Ecommerce, HoReCa, and Corporate Gifting channels. The role focuses on maximizing ROI through data-driven marketing strategies and continuous campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

 Generate qualified leads for HoReCa and Corporate Gifting sales teams.

 Drive online sales and customer acquisition for e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.  Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

 Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.

 Collaborate with sales, e-commerce, and creative teams to execute marketing initiatives.





 Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for business growth.

 Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform best practices. Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.

 Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and SEO/SEM.

 Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards.

 Experience in E-commerce, HoReCa, FMCG, or Corporate Gifting is preferred.

 Excellent communication and project management

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
