Job description:

· Coordinates project team interaction both internally and all other project participants.

· He should handle the site supervisors.

· Oversees application of products and materials appropriate for the project.

· In this position you will use all the skills of project manager, managing design related categories Including flooring, tile, paint, cabinets, plumbing and electrical fixtures.

· Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

· Must have knowledge of furniture, fixtures, POP, carpentry, plumbing, flooring, tiles, paint, finishing, Air Conditioning and Fire Fighting etc.

· Interact with project coordinator & Designers to understand project requirements in a team.

· Confirm the number of days consumed with the required Manpower & tools. Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning work to labourers to execute the project.

· Analyse drawings & clear all projects related doubts with the Designer.



Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work to the coordinator.

· You will be responsible for guiding and managing coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of the projects.

· The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

· Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

· Should have knowledge about AutoCAD, MS Office.

General Activities:

· He / She must have completed qualified degree in Interior Design, Architecture, related field or equivalent experience. Experience required 4 to 5 years.

· Handling a team of 3-4 architects and engineers and managing 5-7 projects parallelly (small to medium scale) to ensure smooth execution, timely completion, quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

· Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner.

· Ability to engage in creative and critical thought.

· He / She should have his / her own vehicle for commuting.

· Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and 3D modelling software preferred.

· Should be proficient in software tools like powerplay, Asana etc.

Qualification: PMP or CAPM certifications with Bachelor degree in interior design or architecture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
