Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the assigned database.
- Introduce Firmway's products and solutions to potential clients.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads based on business needs.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Stay updated on Firmway's products, features, and industry trends.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Confident phone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.




- Good listening and objection-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, ERP, Banking, or Software Sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
