Job Description:

Reporting to the Sales Head overseeing the clinic, the Clinic Manager leads and inspires staff while managing the business, day-to-day operations, and supporting patient care functions. Responsible for administrative and financial analysis, care coordination of clinical services and communication, space management, clinical outcomes, quality and safe

Responsibilities:

 To take the responsibility of the complete sales and operations of

the clinic such as clinic therapies, infrastructure machines specially

lasers, stocks, cash, and service standards.

 To be responsible for counseling the visitors about therapies, laser

treatments, hair transplant or other treatments as per need or as

suggested by doctors. He/ she should have knowledge of skin and

lasers, common therapies like peels, facials, lasers (Laser hair

reduction, tattoo removal) & hair transplant.

 Recruit, hire, and coordinate the training of current staff members





 Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet

organizational goals reporting, revenue cycle management, policy development and deployment. Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks, as needed

 Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity

 Plan and manage the clinic's budget and prepare payroll.

 Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide

constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet

their professional goals

 Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with

the laws.

 Responsible to manage the consumable/ medicine stock & give the

monthly stock requirement on time.

 Responsible for sending the weekly/ monthly / quarterly & yearly PPT.
