About the Role

Savigo Enterprise is hiring Business Development Associates for our Pendurthi location. We are looking for active, confident, and target-oriented candidates who can generate new business leads, connect with customers, follow up regularly, and help the company grow.

This is a monthly target-based role, so candidates should be comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, references, field visits, and local marketing.
- Contact potential customers and explain company offerings clearly.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into clients.
- Visit customers/businesses when required.
- Maintain daily lead reports, follow-up status, and conversion updates.
- Build good relationships with customers and local business owners.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and service delivery.
- Support company promotions, campaigns, and business growth activities.
- Achieve monthly sales/business targets given by the company.
- Submit daily and monthly performance reports to the reporting manager.

Targets & Performance

- Candidates will have monthly targets.




- Performance will be reviewed based on lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and target achievement.
- Candidates must actively work to complete assigned monthly targets.
- Incentives may be provided based on successful target completion and performance.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Telugu communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
- Sales, marketing, or customer handling skills.
- Basic computer and mobile usage knowledge.
- Ability to follow up with customers professionally.
- Confidence to speak with recent customers and business owners.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Field sales or business development experience is an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

- Must be willing to work from Pendurthi office.
- Should be ready for local field visits when required.
- Should be active, responsible, and target-focused.
- Two-wheeler is preferred.

Salary

Salary will be based on interview, experience, and performance.
