CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Plant Executive / Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day plant operations and coordinate with multiple manufacturing units. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment, robust coordination skills, and the ability to ensure smooth plant operations while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate daily operations between plant teams and different manufacturing units.

● Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.

● Coordinate with production, maintenance, stores, logistics, and quality departments.

● Track plant performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

● Ensure adherence to quality standards and company SOPs.

● Monitor inventory and coordinate with the procurement team for material availability.

● Support maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime.

● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and plant housekeeping standards.





● Resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal stakeholders.

● Maintain accurate production and operational records.

● Assist management in improving plant efficiency and productivity.

Key Requirements

● 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry.

● Experience in coordinating plant operations and cross-functional teams.

● Good understanding of production processes and plant operations.

● Strong communication and coordination skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

● Ability to prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.

● Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

● Willingness to work at either Vikhroli or Dolvi, Mumbai.

Preferred Skills

● Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, automotive, chemical, steel, or

related industries.

● Knowledge of production planning, inventory coordination, and plant documentation.

● Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
