Soni & Soni Advocates & Attorneys, a growing IP law firm in Ahmedabad specialising in trademarks, copyrights, and patents, is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base — through field outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling.

You don't need a legal background. You need hustle, people skills, and the ability to open doors.

What You'll Be Doing

- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients — startups, businesses, and individual innovators who need trademark, copyright, or patent protection
- Building and maintaining relationships with referral partners — CAs, company secretaries, business consultants, and startup incubators
- Field visits to prospective clients and referral partners across Ahmedabad
- Explaining our services clearly and helping prospects understand the value of IP protection
- Following up on leads and converting inquiries into signed clients
- Coordinating with the legal team to ensure a smooth handover once a client signs on




- Basic reporting on outreach activity and pipeline status

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role (any industry — insurance, financial services, SaaS, etc. all welcome)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Self-motivated — comfortable with a base salary plus performance-based incentives
- Confident and qualified in front of business owners and decision-makers
- A two-wheeler/own vehicle for field visits preferred
- No legal industry knowledge required — we'll train you on our services and how to position them
