We are seeking a passionate and experienced Academic Leader to lead curriculum planning, teacher development, and academic excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CBSE curriculum, XSEED , and Olympiad program implementation, with proven leadership experience in a school environment.
Looking for candidates who are currently based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the implementation of the CBSE curriculum.
- Drive the successful execution of XSEED teaching methodology and academic practices.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor Olympiad programs and other academic enrichment initiatives.
- Mentor, train, and support teachers to enhance classroom instruction.
- Monitor academic performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school academic policies.
- Collaborate with school leadership to achieve academic goals and maintain high educational standards.
- Foster an innovative, student-centered learning environment.





Qualifications & Experience

- Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
- At least 3 -5 years of experience in an academic leadership role such as Academic Coordinator, Vice Principal, Head of Academics, or Principal.
- Hands-on experience with XSEED curriculum implementation.
- Experience in organizing and managing Olympiad programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and team management skills.
