- 2–3 years of accounting experience
- Tally Prime or ERP (SAP Business One/SAP FI exposure preferred)
- GST, TDS, Income Tax basics
- Bank reconciliation
- Vendor and customer reconciliation
- Payroll support
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Valuable communication and documentation skills
- B.Com (MBA or M.Com is an advantage)
