Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Hardware & Networking Engineer Intern to support our IT team in maintaining computer systems, network infrastructure, and end-user devices. This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Provide first-level technical support to end users.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Configure user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
- Install and update Windows operating systems and application software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Support antivirus installation, system updates, and data backup activities.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms, video conferencing, and office IT infrastructure.




- Follow IT security policies and maintain system confidentiality.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Zoho Workplace is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and network cabling is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
