Job Title:

Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while meeting quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets
- Manage and guide shop-floor workers and machine operators
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
- Identify process issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machines, materials)
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
- Train and mentor production staff




- Reduce downtime and improve productivity

Required Skills:

- Robust leadership and team management
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of production processes and machinery
- Understanding of quality and safety standards
- Basic computer skills (ERP systems, MS Excel)
- Time management and organizational ability

Qualifications:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 2–7 years of experience in production or manufacturing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
