Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior executive Finance to support the reconciliation and payment operations function at Wego. The role will handle payment gateway reconciliation, BSP and consolidator/LCC settlements, accounts payable/receivable reconciliation,Working closely with the Finance Operations team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of payment gateway settlements against internal booking records

- Reconcile BSP (IATA Billing and Settlement Plan) transactions and resolve discrepancies

- Support consolidator and LCC (low-cost carrier) reconciliations, matching supplier SOAs to internal ledgers

- Identify, investigate, and escalate reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner

- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals in NetSuite

- Maintain and improve SOPs and process documentation for reconciliation workflows

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, vendor management)



to resolve payment/data issues

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in finance operations, reconciliation, or accounting (OTA/travel/e-commerce background a plus)

- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Required Skills:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume transaction environments

- Analytical and problem-solving skills for discrepancy investigation

- Familiarity with payment gateways, BSP/IATA settlement processes (preferred, not mandatory)

- Positive communication skills for cross-team and vendor coordination

Nice-to-Have:

- Prior exposure to travel/OTA industry finance operations

- Experience with automation tools (RPA, scripting) for reconciliation

- Exposure to GDS systems (Sabre, Travelport)
