Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills in line with work progress.

Verify and certify measurement sheets received from site engineers.

Maintain Measurement Books (MB) and documentation of executed quantities.

Coordinate with the site team to ensure actual work aligns with the bill of quantities (BOQ).

Manage and track all billing activities in compliance with contract terms and client requirements.

Reconcile client and contractor bills with site measurements.

Maintain records for deductions like retention, advances, penalties, etc.

Liaise with accounts and project teams for timely submission and follow-up of invoices.

Track project cost and support project managers in budgeting and forecasting.

Prepare reports on billing status and payment follow-ups

Key Skills Required:





Solid understanding of BOQ, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and quantity surveying

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP tools

Knowledge of taxation (GST), compliance, and construction billing norms

Attention to detail and good documentation practices

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field

5-8 years of relevant experience in billing for construction or infrastructure projects
