Key Responsibilities

Guide clients on different types of visas (student, tourist, work, PR).

Assess client profiles and suggest suitable countries, courses, or visa categories.

Provide detailed information about visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.

Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documents.

Review application forms to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Help clients prepare for visa interviews (especially for countries like Australia, UK, Canada, etc.).

Stay updated with the latest immigration laws and visa policies.

Coordinate with universities, embassies, and immigration consultants when needed.

Maintain client records and follow up on application progress.

Handle client queries professionally and resolve issues.
