We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a strong interest in IT security to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for cyber security tools, secure systems, and client environments. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide clients on best practices, and ensure systems remain secure, stable, and compliant.

- Should have knowledge of Hardware and troubleshooting the same.
- Should have knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System.
- Should have basic concept of Network Functioning and Troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Security issues.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Teamviewer, Anydesk)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure they are resolved through to completion.
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone,



email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.

Years of Experience: - 0-2 Years

Education: - Graduation in IT Background Must.

Salary Range:- 2-4 Lacs
