- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong knowledge of web content management systems and experience in customizing and extending Adobe Experience Manager components.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user interface development.
- Ability to integrate Adobe Experience Manager with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes to support efficient development workflows.
- Understanding of application architecture and design patterns relevant to content management solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
