About the job

Key responsibilities:

1.A. Operations & Inventory
Track raw materials and finished goods inventory
Maintain stock movement & reorder sheets
Coordinate with vendors, printers, and logistics partners
Support packaging, dispatch, and event logistics
Assist founder during stalls, pop-ups, and travel
B. Billing & Admin Support
Generate invoices and maintain billing records
Track expenses and payment status
Organise financial documents for CA review
Maintain simple cash-in / cash-out trackers
