Main focus is on process and quality improvement ( e.g. in Finance/HR/Controlling/Indirect
Purchasing) as well as leading projects (e.g. Transitions/Migrations), ensuring alignment with
the organization's strategic objectives and process improvement needs. Deliver projects on
time, within scope, and within budget.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
* PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
* At least 4 years of skilled experience in process and project management,
preferably within a global organization or consultancy.
* Proven experience leading projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time
and within budget.
* Strong understanding of process and project management methodologies, tools, and




best practices
* Practical and hands on experience in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes in e.g.
BPMN 2.0.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and
continuous improvement, service delivery mind-set.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

* Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all
levels of the organization.
* Experience with cross-cultural teams and work environment is an advantage.
