Responsibilities:

- Lead the Company's overall technology strategy and product development.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile and web applications.
- Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Manage and mentor the technical team while ensuring timely project delivery.
- Evaluate and implement current technologies to improve products and operational efficiency.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development, technology leadership, or product engineering.
- Proven experience in leading or contributing to the development of mobile and web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter for cross-platform mobile application development.
- Experience with Dart programming language.




- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase Firestore.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integration.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Firebase services, including Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
- Knowledge of application deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive application design.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced technology environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI integrations, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cybersecurity best practices will be an added advantage.
