Job Description: Sales & Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound emails professionally.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales activities.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.

• Perform general administrative and operational support tasks.

• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and reports.

• Assist in customer onboarding and ongoing client communication.

• Support day-to-day business operations and process improvements.

• Handle data entry and document management.

• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.





Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Operations, Administration, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Experience with email correspondence and professional phone communication.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

• Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
