Job Description

- Responsible for counselling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards suitable courses and learning programs.
- Handle provided leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to generate enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Explain course details, advantages, outcomes, and learning opportunities to learners and support them in the decision-making process.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and ensure a smooth enrolment journey from enquiry to admission.
- Achieve counselling and admission targets through effective communication, relationship building, and learner engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams for learner queries, payments, batch details, and onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and learner interactions in the database.

Experience/Requirements





- Should have experience in education counselling, inside sales, student counselling, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand learner needs and provide suitable guidance.
- Should have a target-oriented approach with skills in lead conversion and relationship management.
- Experience in the education/training industry will be preferred.
