Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers, telephone enquiries, WhatsApp enquiries, and email enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hydraulic products.
- Promote and sell hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, hoses, fittings, filters, seal kits, and other hydraulic components.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery challans, invoices, and other billing documents.
- Ensure correct product descriptions, quantities, prices, GST details, and customer information in all invoices.
- Process cash, credit, UPI, bank transfer, and other customer payments accurately.
- Maintain daily sales, billing, collection, and outstanding payment records.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, pending payments, and repeat business.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the stores, purchase team, and other branches.
- Coordinate product packing, dispatch, delivery, and transportation.
- Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the company software.
- Support stock verification and report shortages, damages, or slow-moving products.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain branch documents, invoice files, quotation records, and payment receipts.




- Submit daily sales and collection reports to the Branch In-Charge or Management.
- Achieve the sales and collection targets assigned by the company.

Qualification

- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Candidates with a qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related fields will be preferred.
- Candidates with hydraulic product sales or industrial spare-parts experience will be given preference.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, billing, and inventory processes.
- Ability to prepare quotations and invoices accurately.
- Basic knowledge of GST and sales documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and billing software.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, ERP, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Positive numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow up with customers and close sales.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with branch teams.
- Fluency in Tamil is required; basic English communication is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
