Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with D2C experience, particularly in designing performance ads, social media content, and email marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of customer behavior in the D2C space, and a proven track record of creating visuals that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for social media platforms, including posts, stories, banners, and promotional content.
- Assist in creating digital creatives for performance marketing campaigns.
- Support the design of emailers, website banners, and other marketing assets.
- Create visually appealing graphics while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
- Use AI tools and prompt-based workflows to improve design efficiency and creativity.
- Collaborate with the Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Content teams to execute creative requirements.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Qualifications

Experience:



Fresher – 6 Months

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with AI design tools and prompt writing (such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms) is an added advantage.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and design principles.
- Basic knowledge of social media creatives and digital marketing design.
- Good creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
