We're Hiring: Technical Customer Support Executive

As part of the Diffusely family, we’re a global leader in image quality innovation, and now we’re looking for a skilled Technical Customer Support Executive to join our team!

Responsibilities:
● Technical support for our Industry-leading SaaS product, which requires proactivity in
issue identification and in contacting our client’s service provider.
● Use customer support tools (HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk) to manage and resolve queries.
● Analyze data/log patterns to solve technical difficulties.
● Actively gather and communicate customer feedback, suggestions, and trends to
contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
● Bug qualification/reproduction/prioritization.
● Debug technical difficulties and perform root cause analysis

Profile Requirements:




● Overall experience of 3 years, with a minimum of 2 years of experience for Technical Support in a SaaS environment.
● Autonomous, organized with valuable communication and analytical skills.
● Experience with Jira and Hubspot is a plus.
● Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
● Must be comfortable working rotational shifts; the current primary shift is 2 PM – 11 PM IST.

Pay: ₹10,828.18 - ₹40,000.00 per month
