About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to connect with prospective customers using the leads provided by the company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, explain our services, and convert them into quality walk-ins for our office.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking versatile work hours with performance-based earning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact the leads provided by the company via phone.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our services.
- Convince prospective clients to visit our office for counselling or consultations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with interested candidates.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all interactions.
- Update call outcomes and follow-up status regularly.

Eligibility

- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.



(Hindi is an added advantage.)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone or computer.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Compensation

- Fixed Monthly Payout upon achieving the prescribed number of quality walk-ins.
- Additional Incentive for every quality walk-in generated beyond the fixed target.
- Higher performance means higher earnings.
