Key Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying potential project opportunities through basic research and field visits
- Support lead generation activities and help schedule client meetings
- Learn to present company services to clients under guidance
- Build and maintain good relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and customers
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to understand project requirements
- Accompany seniors for site visits to understand project scope and client expectations
- Maintain basic records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups
- Support the team in preparing quotations and proposals
- Work towards achieving assigned targets with team support

Requirements





- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience (MBA/Diploma / Degree in Civil, Interior, or related field preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn sales processes and client handling
- Basic understanding of interiors, furniture, or construction industry (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to grow in a sales role
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required
