Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Production & Operations

- Plan, direct, and control daily manufacturing activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Optimize machine utilization and production capacity.
- Monitor production efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Promote a zero-accident safety culture.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and statutory safety compliance.

3. Quality Management

- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects and rework.
- Maintain compliance with ISO/IATF and customer requirements.

4. Maintenance & Asset Management

- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs are effectively implemented.
- Maximize equipment availability and minimize breakdowns.
- Plan annual maintenance shutdowns and monitor maintenance KPIs.
- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

5. Cost Control

- Control manufacturing costs through waste reduction and process optimization.
- Monitor material consumption, utilities, overtime, and operational expenses.
- Improve productivity while maintaining product quality.
- Achieve annual cost-saving targets.

6. Inventory & Supply Chain





- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and planning teams.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Minimize inventory carrying costs and stock losses.

7. People Management

- Lead, motivate, and develop plant employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies.

8. Continuous Improvement

- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence initiatives.
- Drive productivity and process improvement projects.
- Monitor and improve plant KPIs.

9. Customer Focus

- Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customers during audits and visits.
- Resolve customer concerns related to manufacturing operations.

10. Statutory & Legal Compliance

- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, Pollution Control Board regulations, Fire & Safety norms, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory inspections and maintain required documentation.

11. Budget & Strategic Planning

- Prepare annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
- Participate in business planning and capacity expansion projects.
- Support new product development and plant expansion initiatives.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
