*Job Summary*

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2C Field Marketing Executive to promote our diagnostic services directly to consumers. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating walk-in patients, organizing health camps, building local partnerships, and achieving business growth through field marketing activities.

*Key Responsibilities*

- * Promote diagnostic services in assigned territories through field visits.
- * Generate walk-in patients and increase customer footfall at diagnostic centres.
- * Conduct door-to-door promotional activities, leaflet distribution, and local marketing campaigns.
- * Organize health awareness programs, health check-up camps, and community outreach activities.
- * Develop partnerships with residential societies, gyms, pharmacies, corporate offices, schools, colleges, and local businesses.
- * Explain health packages, preventive check-ups, and promotional offers to customers.
- * Generate leads and convert them into diagnostic bookings.
- * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and revenue targets.




- * Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
- * Maintain records of field activities and submit daily activity reports.
- * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

*Required Skills*

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong sales and customer engagement abilities.

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

* Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
