We are hiring for Functional / Strategy Consultant (Not a pure software developer).

Experience Required: 3-7years

Location: Remote/ (onshore Philippines)

Initial Draft of Responsibilities

* Build Automated Journeys (Braze Enablement)

* Set up behavioral campaigns (welcome flows, loyalty triggers, win-backs) across Email,

Push, In-App Messages, and SMS using Braze Canvas.

* Fix How the Team Works (Operating Model)

* Restructure internal workflows, roles, and planning so the existing team moves away from one-off promo emails and adopts contemporary CRM practices.

* Put Marketing on Autopilot (Automation & Optimization)

* Connect Snowflake data triggers to Braze and run continuous A/B tests to improve open rates, clicks, and conversions.





* Train the Internal Team (User Adoption)

* Conduct hands-on workshops and create user guides so Newport's current employees can confidently run Braze without hiring new staff.

* Leave Behind a Blueprint (Sustainable Practices)

* Create SOPs, QA checklists, data documentation, and naming standards so the platform stays clean and functional long after the 6-month contract ends.
