Position: Financial Counselor & Estimate Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and provide accurate treatment and procedure cost estimates to patients and attendants.
- Counsel patients regarding hospital charges, packages, payment options, and insurance/TPA processes.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and insurance teams to obtain treatment plans and estimate requirements.
- Ensure timely revision of estimates based on changes in treatment plans.
- Explain financial responsibilities and payment policies clearly to patients and families.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all estimates and financial counseling sessions.
- Support pre-authorization and cashless admission processes where applicable.




- Deliver excellent patient service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in Commerce, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital billing, estimates, insurance/TPA, or patient financial counseling.
- Knowledge of hospital billing systems and healthcare packages.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
