We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through online platforms and market research.
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, and other prospecting channels.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and business development processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information.
- Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Support the team in achieving monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
