URGENTLY REQUIRED Hiring: Senior Principal Architect / Senior Architect

Location: Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur) , SALARY - 45 K TO 60 K PER MONTH

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Principal Architect / Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale architectural projects. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional design expertise, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in managing statutory approvals and coordinating with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural projects from concept design through execution.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Top Management to drive the firm's design vision, strategic planning, and business growth.
- Lead and mentor the architecture team and department heads.
- Ensure high-quality design, technical documentation, and timely project delivery.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with UDCPR, DCPR, NBC, and all applicable statutory regulations.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
- Resolve technical and design challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support business development through client meetings, presentations, and project proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
- Liaise with statutory authorities including CIDCO, NMMC, PMC, MSRDC,



and other government agencies for approvals, NOCs, and occupancy clearances.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 15–20+ years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and redevelopment projects.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of UDCPR, DCPR, NBC, and development control regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Sound understanding of construction methodologies and project management.
